Hey there!
Sandra? you there?
hi!
Hiii!
So exciting that you were able to make it!
This is the first time I am viewing this episode. I loved San Diego!
Perfect weather right?
Gorgeous. Everything about San Diego is gorge.
welcome Emer
Hey Emer
Ha! Love that you just said Gorge, one of my fave abbrevi's
It's ok to be careful. A good thing to do is to meet agents at open houses and feel them out. Once you choose one though, you are best to trust them and let them guide you.
u r welcom
oh so much to choose from--the wildlife, the rocky cliffs, the sandy beaches, the lifestyle. You can see people running across the street with wet suits on and boards under their arms at any time of day. They go for a surf and go back to work. Wow, what a life
Sandra, how do you hold your ground so steadfastly with the 'virgins?
ahaha, was that an inappropriate question?
Daisy, thanks for the comment. I am born and raised in Canada and stay tuned, because we have shot two more seasons here in Canada. Toronto to be exact. My home town.
LOL, no, I was writing!
Some people are more challenging than others, but that is what I love most about my job. I am a people person.
well it shows!
thx
Would you say most people feel like they're settling some what when buying their first property?
I would like to revisit some virgins, especially the ones that renovated.
Emer, I loved Sharlyn. She is one of my faves. She had me down on one knee crying with laughter.
Good point
I'm sure they're mostly happy
I think I love the ones who really make the transition from PV to homeowner by learning so much and grasping the concept of sacrifice
Thanks Susan. I do too.
This show needs to be longer...
