It's ok to be careful. A good thing to do is to meet agents at open houses and feel them out. Once you choose one though, you are best to trust them and let them guide you.

oh so much to choose from--the wildlife, the rocky cliffs, the sandy beaches, the lifestyle. You can see people running across the street with wet suits on and boards under their arms at any time of day. They go for a surf and go back to work. Wow, what a life

my home for many years - must be tough to keep in price point for young property virgins, that's why we had to leave back in 1990 - headed out on 401 got off at every exit until we could afford... I cannot even imagine trying to do it now... you have your work cut out for you there

you used to show them moving in and sometimes even a few weeks later settled in. i like that about House Hunters and wish Property Virgins did the same.
