Going into the winter in the Hamptons is always quiet market wise, people get the Hamptons itch in the spring!

There are many historic and beautiful homes. BUT, there are also a lot of new homes, especially spec houses being built. Some of those "mirror" the look of the historic beauties!

The Hamptons is about two hours from the city, depending on which hampton and depending mostly on traffic! Of course, if you have a private plane, it is a lot closer!
