Glad that Maggie will be joining... Wish I could stay for the whole chat :)
Chatting with Maggie Kent tonight! In tonight's episode, Maggie takes on a suped-up loft that just may be priced to sit...
I've been surfing some properties for our monthly real estate comparison post, which will feature Manhattan properties, and you know what? You can actually get a one-bedroom in the Upper East Side for under $500,000!!!
Well we stay well north of a mil in this episode... A bit more entertaining that way.
Anyway (zzzzzzzzzzz), when I was browsing Manhattan listings earlier today, I realized how we in Toronto, and other large Canadian cities, take living in houses for granted.
Well, that's what I was about to say...Jessica,
Is that you better like living in apartments if you want to live in New York City

it's something that happens to a lot of real estate agents
What type of space is your favourite? Loft, town home, pre-war condo?
I was looking for a transition from owning a retail business
How does Little Italy rank on the desirability scale?
Did Alex make a mistake to invest so much $$ in a loft on Mulberry?
people love the nieghborhood but many can worry about it being too busy or noisy due to all the resteraunts
Do you have a fave resto in the area?
I wouldn't say it was a mistake, a choice --he loves his space and uses it
Maggie, I see kitchens are not so big, no matter how grand the apartment is, in NYC...
i would say they do leak energy--the old window was looking old!
