i would say they do leak energy--the old window was looking old!
right, a full eat in kitchen is interpreted different here...
So is it the small kitchens that have driven New Yorkers to restaurants?
it's more of a counter in the middle of a room -I grew up with a kitchen with four walls around it
oh yeah, small kitchens there is more square footage in the resteraunts i think that is why coffee shops are always packed
also we are very spoiled here with food options and convenience
Alex seems to hold it together on camera, but was he a bit more upset than he appears about reducing his price?
he was much more vocal and
and he is very adamant about the quality of the work in his space and the materials making it so valuable. He put 2 years into the renovation
New York is the star of the show
Are you talking about Annie? I think you're right
there was a big article about her debt a while back-she was carrying to much lifestyle overhead
I guess you needed John Gomez as reinforcement
agreed, I am often in awe
Where do you like to get an iced coffee in NYC?
yes, John is a great broker
I love me a Frappuccino light from Starbits
But I bet you get fancier...
Everyman espresso is great
I like Irving Place coffee -sinful delight the best
that happens, yes we do move on -not spend time looking at amenities in the building for example. it's good to spend some time in each place though to take in the positives and the negatives
Ok Elliott, we've moved on from coffee
plus we try to really narrow the search down to properties that will interest customers --especially using emails and getting questions out of the way first before taking the time to see something that really won't work for them
