people love the nieghborhood but many can worry about it being too busy or noisy due to all the resteraunts

I wouldn't say it was a mistake, a choice --he loves his space and uses it

i would say they do leak energy--the old window was looking old!

it's more of a counter in the middle of a room -I grew up with a kitchen with four walls around it
oh yeah, small kitchens there is more square footage in the resteraunts i think that is why coffee shops are always packed
also we are very spoiled here with food options and convenience
