I say this every week, but this show needs to be an hour!!
maybe for season 2! an hour here we come :0)
No, seriously. I need more detail.
Just a quick pan of the space is not enough.
Also, I guess many of these well-to-do clients of yours didn't want to spend too much time on camera...
nigel, you have a great attitude - you sound like a big success!
Does anyone know this soap star? i'm not so up on my soap taxonomy
That's right, I said soap and taxonomy in the same sentence
a lot of our clients love it, and the ones that don't want to be on, you will never see or hear about! if all of our client wanted to do the show, we'd have to make it the nightly news!
nigel, you have our number! think big and if you ever need an apt, we are your girls!
@Kleiers, I guess that makes sense. Though I thought in episode four there were some phantom clients... I know I'd OBVIOUSLY love to be on camera..
See you Laura! Thanks for joining.
not all buyers can! but you would be surprised how many buyers buy from floorplans - that was a lucky deal! thanks to mom :) most are not so easy!
episode 4 wasnt a phantom, just a client too busy to take the time to go to CT - asked us to prescreen - happens often!
You looked like you enjoyed the prescreening - got a spa jaunt in there too!
Night Nigel, thanks so much for joining!
thank you all for tuning in and speaking with us! we love our jobs - we love Selling New York!
Nigel, we will look forward to speaking to you on our next blog!!!
Thanks so much to the Kleiers for joining! We love it when you have the time to satellite in! See you again soon!
Shirley, we're happy to talk to you about Tough as Nails, but there's a time and place for everything
